This is the brand new shop for in Raymond Terrace. The floor originally was a couple of drummy tiles and a skim coat 🙄 It escalated quickly….. The whole bed had delaminated from the slab due to bad waterproofing and some big structural cracks letting moisture in… The whole tiled surface was taken up, cracks were epoxy filled and a surface was grinded back before a new waterproofing membrane and bed could be installed by our mates . It was a lot of work with some big days but it totally was worth it. It instantly improved the water issues and surface integrity. Fresh seafood of all types will be prepared, packaged and distributed here so this floor is completely food grade its harder than a goats knee and is non-slip it clearly the commercial floor of choice! The flake blend is from our mates colour is a custom blend to suit store design and logo colours something we work in with at early stages of design..

Had a bit going on here to we took to it massive thanks to our buddy’s Tim and Ben for grinding for us at such late notice… This colour and coating brings the front of this home back from the 90’s and in to the now. 4 different surfaces including a tiled entry and pier pads some of the surface needed topping and some needed grinding. Great result with this one paths and back Alfresco when the sun comes back 😉

It’s not nothing new to look out the window of a morning in Port Stephens and see rain. Some parts of our local community have seen nearly 2000mm / 79 inches since January. This makes parts of our trade impossible to do with out risk to quality. Even jobs inside sometimes needs to be turned down… This particular job we completed in some heavy showers that came in so hard from the East it pushed water beneath both doors.. So we made up rain coats for the bottoms of the doors grinded and started the blending.. Worked sweet job looks mint flake is from our mates now the workshop is ready for timber boat build (waiting on timber)
