We are excited to have the opportunity to do an extension on this early 1900s home. It will have the modern kitchen and laundry of new home and a spacious living area walking onto an open deck area with raked ceilings to let the northern sun in the large glass stacker door opening up the living area to the entertainers deck.

A nice deck completed by the team.
This deck has 140mm merbau decking layed over fully welded steel bearers and joist with 90mm merbau slats on balustrade. It’s complimented with 75mm thick insulated panel versiclad roofing for entertainment in all weather conditions.
This deck come up a treat.
