Has lockdown had you looking at your house thinking that certain rooms need a new look, maybe expanding, perhaps a new paint job to spruce it up?

Well this was certainly the case for this client. The exterior of the house has seen many years and was in need of a face lift to help make it look new again. We installed all new cladding with new gutters, the job also entailed a re-bed and point of the roof as well as replace cracked tiles.

This house had a leaking membrane in their bathroom which caused a series of issues which resulted in a renovation as the solution. The old membrane had to be pulled out to fix the issue and therefore the room was but gutted to allow us to install a new membrane and waterline fittings.
The finished result allowed the room to have a more modern and spacious look about it.

Here at JKB we took a hiatus from social media for a while, but the work went on as usual.
