This 560mm HDPE ducting was custom fabricated and installed as an overflow on a 5-metre-high tank, securely mounted with custom plastic brackets.

At Hercules Plastics, we design and manufacture corrosion-resistant ducting systems in PVC, PP, and PE — ideal for demanding industrial applications. Our in-house design software ensures precision fabrication for any size or spec, from 100mm upwards.

Another smart solution from the Hercules team — Heavy rainfall can force water down the pipe, splashing directly onto the liner and causing long-term damage. Our cone design bolts directly to the inlet and disperses water flow, reducing pressure on the liner and protecting sensors or level gauges from disruption.

Remember when we started our factory extension? We’re now just weeks away from unveiling the finished result. The new space is almost ready — roofing is on, flooring done, and we’re making the final internal upgrades. This extension will significantly increase our fabrication capacity, improve workflow, and allow us to deliver even more custom solutions for our clients.

Hercules plastics had worked with Penrith Catholic school for the past four years. They participated the F1 World in 2019 Abu Dhabi to race against 22 Countries and 55 Teams & we are proud to say that the team had won:

- 1st World’s Best Engineered Car.
- Brock Stinson (Team Engineer) and Caleb Kraus (Team research & development) were both accepted into the Unilever Williams Racing Team Academy
- 5th in the World out right
- 6th Fastest Car
- 2nd in the scrutineering award

Now we have a new team Axion (Junior Professional) who participated nations in 2020 and won:
- 1st Place NSW Finals
- FASTEST LAP AWARD – Axion (1.084)
- BEST ENGINEERED AWARD – Axion
