NEWPORT PENTHOUSE RENOVATIONS - PART 5
In this part, we'll be looking at this cosy bunk room with its exquisite ensuite. A beautiful aquatic sea life mosaic featuring fish, eels and an octopus forms the centrepiece of the bathroom with the smoked bronze finishes on the shower head, valves and towel racks adding a rustic charm to the room. The bunkroom boasts a comfortable cork floor with 2 beds, sporting their own full windows completing the room. Look forward to the next post where we look at the amazing main bathroom.

NEWPORT PENTHOUSE RENOVATIONS - PART 4

In this 4th part in the Newport series we see more of the joinery & cabinetry being installed including some LED enhanced shelving & a custom build American Walnut study table complete with marmoleum covering giving the desk a more organic feel. Also featured are the some of the checkerboard tiles that are being installed throughout the penthouse.

In the next part we'll be looking at some of the custom tilework in the bathrooms. Look forward it it!

NEWPORT PENTHOUSE RENOVATIONS - PART 3

Back in Newport, and today we're looking at some of the works carried out on the balcony. Features include the completed crazy paving, beautiful bronze aluminium doors with louvered light panels, & a new stainless steel benchtop BBQ area. Perfect for entertaining guests.

NEWPORT PENTHOUSE RENOVATIONS - PART 2

Back in beautiful Newport again. This time we're focusing on some of the internal works. More crazy paving, custom built dish racks, venetian plaster, and a custom build curved bench seat beneath the stunning view through a panoramic curved glass window.

In the next part we'll be looking at more of the balcony works including installation of those windonws.

Recently did +100m² of skirting boards and painting for this luxurious penthouse apartment in North Sydney. We also needed to cap off a small hob step between the balcony and living room.

LAUNDRY REFURBISHMENT NORTHBRIDGE

Part 2 of our refurbishment at Northbridge. This time we upgraded this dingy old laundry with a fresh coat of paint & new tiles to match the balcony above,

Overall this job came out great!

BALCONY & BALUSTRADE RESTOATION NORTHBRIDGE

This was a satisfying job! Take-up of the old and damaged tiles and non-compliant hand rails replaced with striking white balustrades, & brand new dark charcoal tiles with anti-slip stair nosing. A Complete refresh of a tired old balcony.

NEWPORT PENTHOUSE RENOVATIONS - PART 1

Doing a substantial fitout of a beautiful penthouse apartment down in sunny Newport. This post will focus on the crazy paving (yes that's the official term) of the wrap-around balcony. Just over halfway done with no grouting yet and it already looks stunning!

Next time we'll look at some of the internal progress pf the penthouse fit out.

DANCE STUDIO/VENUE MARRICKVILLE

You're gonna love this one.
Recently, we got the opportunity do to a main stage for a private venue in Marrickville. The fitout included framing & construction of the stage, cladding of the walls, fitout of a small green room backstage, & stage lighting.
This is just phase 1 so stick around for updates in the future!

DOUBLE BAY FRONT ENTRANCE AND FOYER
A hotel front entrance and foyer directory board we did for the folks at Baymark in Double Bay. The challenge here was getting the tiling to finish flush at key points along the doors and panels. VERY precise measurements required, not to mention specialised hinges to bring the doors forward before swinging open. Overall modern and elegant refit.
