A Jersey Building remedial plan to rectify a stormwater issue where the concrete driveway of a high rise apartment building was left falling towards the basement ramp. We utilised a detailed as built survey to locate new drains, concrete hobs, local ramping and speed humps to channel the water away from the ramp.
