Flush fit windscreen.

Making the body fit the glass is quite the challenge.

The roof line has a different radius to the top edge of the glass, but it's come out pretty good.

Just one more smoother modern look.

Now working on the fender alignment and getting some paint behind the bracing.

The new hood needed to be taken apart as it didn't follow the shape of the fenders.
It was bowed about 20mm high in the middle.
Also they aren't painted on the inner sides.
The skin is now welded on all sides to the frame and internally fully painted
Matches the fender profile pretty good too

Should give the interior a more modern touch.

Working on a flush fit rear window.
The glass needs to sit higher and the rim of the window opening is moved inward to match the glass.

A wooden buck made of two layers of ply was made as welding around a new rear window glass isn't advisable.

Essential I'm making the car fit the glass.
