**Yard Hand / Labourer – Avoca Depot**

We’re on the hunt for a reliable Yard Hand / Labourer to join the crew at our Avoca depot.

This role is perfect for someone who likes to stay busy, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, and gets a bit of satisfaction out of pulling things apart and putting them back together again.

**What you’ll be doing:**

* General yard duties and keeping things organised
* Assisting the team with loading/unloading jobs
* Helping prep equipment and materials
* Pitching in wherever needed (no two days are the same)

**Bonus points if you:**

* Have a forklift licence
* Can confidently reverse a trailer
* Have a mechanical mindset or enjoy working with tools

**BUT — and this is important —**
If you don’t have a forklift licence or trailer skills yet, don’t stress. If you’ve got the right attitude, we can teach the rest.

**What we actually care about:**

* Strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn
* Someone who chips in without being asked
* Reliable and shows up ready to work

**Non-negotiables:**

* Valid driver’s licence
* Able to get yourself to and from our Avoca depot
