We’ve been a little quiet on social media lately, but it’s been all go behind the scenes! 💪🏼

Between family life, running the farm, and getting everything sorted for our ever-growing collection of animals, there hasn’t been much time left for posting.

That said, Geoff has still been flat out on the tools. 🔨

Over the past few weeks he’s been working on the start of a house front verandah, sorting doors on cattle trucks, repairing boat trailers, working on cattle yards, and tackling plenty of other welding and fabrication jobs in between.

We’ve also got something exciting coming up…. Geoff has worked very hard towards this one and hasn’t stopped talking about it 🤣

We can’t say too much yet, but he’s been grinning about it for weeks, so stay tuned! 👀

Thanks to everyone who continues to support our small family business. We appreciate it more than you know. 🤙

We’ve relocated closer to home in Babinda and are now servicing Babinda and surrounding areas, bringing the workshop straight to you.

From small home jobs to big farm jobs, machinery repairs and more — FNQBUILT is ready to tackle it all.

Goodbye for now 🙏🏼

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the bittersweet decision to close FNQBuilt.

Like many small businesses, the rising cost of living and increasing operating expenses have made things tougher than ever, and this has played a big part in our decision.

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way our customers, suppliers, mates, and the local community. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in us and the projects we got to be a part of.

While FNQBuilt is coming to an end, this isn’t goodbye to everything. As of the 15th of May Dylan will be continuing on with his own business, so fabrication work will still be available moving forward.

It’s been a great journey, and we’re proud of what we built together. Thanks again for all the support, it truly means a lot.

FNQ Built is chasing a solid Trade Assistant to jump in with our welding and fabrication crew.

If you’re not scared of hard work, can swing a grinder without hurting yourself, and actually show up on time — we’ll get along just fine.

The Job:
• Assisting with welding and fabrication work
• Grinding, cutting, prepping steel and aluminium
• General workshop duties
• Helping out on installs when needed
• Doing what needs to be done without being handheld

What You Need:
• Driver’s licence (non-negotiable)
• Some experience around welding or fabrication
• Good work ethic
• Ability to listen, learn and crack on

We’re a tight crew. No egos, no drama , just good honest work. If you’re keen to learn, pull your weight, and be part of a growing FNQ business, we want to hear from you.
