A New Chapter for Independent Builders Gippsland

At the beginning of this year, we (Matt & Chloe) were honoured to take over ownership of Independent Builders Gippsland from Brian and Tania McNamara.

Many of you already know us, as we’ve both been part of the IBG team for a number of years — Chloe for 8 years and Matt for 6 years. During that time, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside Brian and Tania, learning from their experience and helping deliver quality homes for families across Gippsland.

As we step into this next chapter, we remain committed to continuing the legacy they built. IBG will continue to operate with the same dedicated team, trusted trades and suppliers, and the same focus on quality and service our clients know us for.

We would like to sincerely thank Brian and Tania for the incredible business they have built and for placing their trust in us to carry IBG forward.

Another beautiful handover complete 🤍

Starting with one of our exclusive Angle on Living designs, this home was customised to reflect the homeowners’ vision and adapted into a split-level design to complement the natural contours of the site. This home came together with a colour pallete of natural timber tones and matte black fixtures throughout.

A huge congratulations to Josh — we hope you love living here for many years to come.

Our team spent this afternoon in the sun, pouring piers and preparing the groundwork that everything else will be built on. Setting the structure up for long-term strength, stability and quality from the very beginning.
