Dirtworx Training is a leading provider of civil construction and high-risk training services in East Gippsland and beyond.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Trainer & Assessor to join our team.
This role is suited to a highly experienced industry professional with strong capability across both High Risk Work Licences and Civil Plant & Machinery.

🔧 About the Role
• Deliver training and assessment for High Risk Work Licences
• Deliver civil construction plant training and competency-based assessments
• Conduct theory and practical assessments in accordance with WorkSafe and RTO requirements
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation
• Ensure training is delivered in a safe, professional and supportive environment

✅ Essential Requirements
• TAE40116 or TAE40122 (or equivalent)
• Current High Risk Work Licences
• Current civil construction plant operations competencies
• Strong industry experience in civil construction, plant operations and high risk work
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Sound understanding of compliance and safety obligations

⭐ Highly Desirable
• Certified WorkSafe High Risk Assessor (Victoria) for:
• Forklift (LF)
• EWP (WP over 11m)
• Do***ng
• Crane (C2 / C6 / CN / CO)
• Broad civil plant competency (excavator, skid steer, loader, backhoe, roller, tractor, dozer, grader, etc.)
• Experience delivering nationally recognised training
