WE'VE MOVED! Our office has been in Malaga since 1997, and the time was now right to bring our base to the heart of suburbia - Balcatta WA, 6021.

Balcombe Street, Westminster has had a superb makeover in recent years. Our superior developments at 11, 13 and 20 Balcombe Street are hard to miss.

Most recently, our set of 8 spacious units with modern finishes have been completed and all 8 were sold off the plan.

When we made the decision to build we decided to speak to a few builders with our custom home plans.
During this process we got a feel for what each builder could bring to the table.

When we went to Princi Homes it was not just their building expertise and track record but it was their experience that helped us enhance our plans and look for some cost efficient improvements to our home.
This really separated them from the other custom home builders we met.

During the build process the amount of time they spent onsite was excellent and their attention to detail when assessing the quality of work was great. Often they would point out and rectify faults that we hadn’t noticed.
Both Anthony and Tony were always contactable during the building phase and were always offering to meet us onsite to keep us informed of progress.
It was large project so we expected some problems on the way through but the reality is that never happened, the build was on time, on budget and the after build follow ups and the ability to get their trades back in a timely manner has been excellent.

In summary we would highly recommend to anyone looking at building a custom home to Princi Homes, our experience with them has been hassle free and the end result is our dream home.
