My client was selling his house, had a building report to find out his bathroom wasn’t compliant and that it had caused some damage to his bathroom. With the stress of selling and the other vendor buying. This had to be a well planned and quick process to keep all party’s happy.

We stripped the comprised walls, reframed and re plastered thanks to Michael!

Then had Jordz Howlett from Howlett Tiling to water proof and retile.

I replaced skirting and removed old carpet
Also we installed shower screen

Finally we had brock from Hovey Paint Co to finalise with the painting.

Client selling was happy to get it done quickly and painlessly ready for handover.

The buying vendor was very impressed with the difference of the new bathroom and receiving the compliancy and certificates.

4 generations and still standing🏡

This shed was built in the early 70s by my Great grandfather Geoffrey Moorhouse who served in the Royal Australian Air Force WW2. After his time was an exceptional carpenter. This shed was built for my Grandmother. I’ve returned to replace the door after 50 + years. Checked in new heavier duty hinges, new door, lock etc. But the point of the story is after 50 + years the door frame has remained spot on level an plumb making my job to re hang a new door a breeze. Doing things right go a long way. I feel very privileged to be named after him and to carry the same qualification, the same quality in work and work ethic that he did ❤️
