A Ballarat-based company Civil By Parker has continued to grow and is on the lookout for someone like YOU.
The majority of our work is Ballarat based, We asphalt various jobs with pavers and by hand, We also offer Sealing, Line marking, Earthworks, Truck hire, Fabrication, and everything else in between.

For a perfect fit we would love you to have (but not essential)
• Asphalt experience both by hand and paver.
• Emulsion Spray experience.
• Construction Induction Card.
• Experience with various plant & equipment like Skidsteers, Rollers, Tip Trucks.
• A proactive and adaptive attitude.
• Above award wage of $31+ (Flexible based on experience)

Civil by Parker is expanding and looking for a person with the right attitude to join their team.

We are looking for a person who knows asphalt and willing to grow with a team. There will be numerous opportunities for self and career development along with promotions.

Work includes:

Sealing, asphalting, drainage, heavy labouring/lifting and general construction work.

Wage is negotiable depending on your skillset.

Benefits:
- Immediate start
- No weekend work
- Work will commence immediately as casual but will become ongoing for the right person.

To be successful you will need to have:
Minimum 1 years experience with Asphalt and or Spray Seal
MR licence desirable but not necessary for all the positions
Labouring / Civil construction experience
Experience in Road Construction and Maintenance is necessary for Asphalting and Concreting

Other Skills and Attributes
Can do attitude

Safety first attitude to work First aid credentials (preferred)
Great communication skills
Able to follow instructions
Enjoy working as a team
Physically able to work in a demanding environment

It's been a while between posts but what a return we have made with our new 7000L sprayer..

After a flat out past 6 months with many ups and downs, wins and losses were lucky enough to be able to go back to where some of our fondest memories with Dad on the sprayer crew at 15 on holidays.

Can't wait to make our own memories with our new truck and make some roads black!

- Work in city's, towns, on regional and rural roads as with some of the country's largest contractors and departments.

To be successful you will need to have:

- Preferable 1 years experience with Asphalt and or Spray Seal.

- MR licence desirable but not necessary for all the positions

- Experience in Road Construction and Maintenance, Civil construction or similar is describable but not essential.
