East To West Plant Services are recruiting a skilled and self-motivated office administrator to provide support to the team and to ensure the smooth daily running of the office and aid the onsite team. Our office is located in Banksmeadow, 2019.

Part-time to full-time hours available(flexible)

Competitive rate for the right candidate.

Ideally the candidate would have:

Office administration experience(required)
Microsoft Office efficient with the ability to adapt(required)
Payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable experience(desirable)
Knowledge of civil construction and plant & machinery or a willingness to learn(desirable)
Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure (required)
A high level of discretion with regard for sensitive and confidential information(required)
Excellent communication skills with a professional approach to work (required)
