Building a basement is about a lot more than digging a hole.

There’s a great deal of planning, coordination and expertise involved in getting what happens below ground right, because it all plays a part in how the home above comes together.

Here is a look at the basement at Project Strathfield

CLIENT STORY - Project Bulli

A great project is made even better when you work with great people.

Elliot was an absolute pleasure to work with, and Project Bulli is a great reminder of what makes this work so rewarding.

Thanks for trusting us with your home, Elliot.

Welcome to Project Bulli.

A home built for ocean views, family, friends and long summer days.

We loved bringing this architectural vision to life and seeing all the details come together.

The construction may be finished.
But this is only the start of the story for Project Bulli.

A drawing is one thing. Building it is another.

On site, the plans become measurements, materials, levels and thousands of small decisions.

It's where experience, communication and attention to detail really matter.

The right builder can change the entire building experience.

Not because they have all the answers, but because they know how to listen, communicate clearly and bring the right people together to make a project work.

There are plenty of good builders out there.

The important thing is finding the one that’s right for your project.

Meet the team behind SLD Projects.

People often ask who'll actually be building their home.

The answer is us.

This is the team you'll see on site throughout your build. We work closely together, take pride in what we do and genuinely care about getting the details right.

There's no big corporate structure here. Just a small team that communicates well, solves problems together and treats every project like it's our own.

We keep the number of homes we build each year deliberately low so we can stay hands-on and give every project the attention it deserves.

Building a home is a big decision, and knowing where to start isn't always easy.

If you're planning a custom home or renovation, the best place to start is a conversation.

We'd love to hear your ideas, talk through your goals, and help you understand what's possible for your project.

Building a home doesn't have to feel uncertain.

While we can't control the market, we can control how we guide our clients through it, with careful planning, honest communication and a clear process from day one.

If you're thinking about building, we're always happy to have a conversation.
