Speed is everything in the world of modular building. Being able to quickly assemble each building and have it delivered on time. The trouble is, working with structural steel slows you down. It’s heavy and has to be cut and welded by trained production workers. Which all takes time. Compare that to the roll-formed Easyfloor© chassis which is rapidly bolted together. Each frame is saving precious time.
