What sets this project apart is what sits just beyond the site.

With our manufacturing facilities located less than five minutes away, Kelso Gateway benefited from a level of control that only a vertically integrated model can provide. Structural steel and precast elements were produced locally, enabling tighter coordination, faster sequencing and consistent quality from production through to installation.

Back with another update, this time from Brad Jones at our Auburn site for Trumen Norman.

Bulk earthworks are currently underway as the team prepares the site for upcoming drainage, sewer and service trenching works across this large-scale industrial and strata development.

The integrated precinct will deliver multiple buildings, industrial units and strata storage facilities, with design closely aligned to construction planning from the outset to support smoother coordination and delivery through every stage.

Road safety starts with the choices we make every day.

Our teams spend a significant amount of time travelling between offices, sites and projects across the region, which is why staying focused behind the wheel is something we take seriously.

The most recent National Road Safety Week reminded us of the impact road trauma continues to have across Australia. In 2025, more than 1,200 Australians lost their lives on our roads, while an estimated 40,000 to 44,000 people were seriously injured in road crashes.

The “fatal five” behaviours (speeding, distraction, fatigue, driving under the influence and not wearing seatbelts) remain major contributors to serious accidents.
