A cheaper assessment doesn’t necessarily mean a more cost-effective outcome.

The real cost can be in what happens after the assessment — particularly when specification upgrades are introduced after the home has already been estimated.

The earlier NatHERS is considered in the design process, the more opportunity there is to make practical, cost-effective decisions before everything is locked in.

A favourable compliance outcome can still be achieved at any stage — getting your assessor involved earlier simply gives us more flexibility to explore the best pathway to get there.

It can also help minimise last-minute specification changes, unnecessary delays and the need to revisit selections with clients once the project has progressed.

Early input = more flexibility. 🏡
