Operation Paintball Thunder — Debrief Report
Yesterday, 12 brave operatives from Signbiz WA deployed to the battlefield under the noble guise of “team bonding.” What followed was less corporate exercise and more full-scale tactical chaos.
Engagement began promptly. Alliances were formed, broken, and immediately denied. Camouflage was questionable at best. Communication consisted mostly of shouting, laughter, and the occasional betrayal. Friendly fire? Let’s just say investigations are ongoing.
Each operative demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm for “completing the mission,” which appeared to involve ambushing colleagues at close range. Morale remained high despite sustained impacts. By the end of the exercise, all units reported minor bruising, paint saturation, and what can only be described as honorable battle damage.
Post-combat debrief confirmed:
No egos survived intact
Several reputations were permanently compromised
Everyone is now suspicious of everyone else
Following extraction from the field, the unit regrouped for recovery operations at Kings Rd Brewing. Hydration protocols were strictly enforced, and a thorough yarn session took place to analyse tactics, relive near-misses, and exaggerate individual heroics.
Conclusion: Mission accomplished. Team cohesion strengthened. Ammunition well spent. Would deploy again.
