Frame Only, House to Lock Up or the Complete House. We are a local company and manufacture our steel house frames in our industrial complex situated in the Beaudesert Industrial Estate. We manufacture our premium frames with a Henrob Self-Piercing rivet system using 1.2 mm and 1.0 mm steel. This first-rate steel frame construction is desirable for all homes to protect them against termite infestations. Franklin Constructions offers the new homebuyer a wide range of house choices using the highest quality materials. We specialize in offering our client the piece of mind that their steel framed house will not burn, warp or shrink. Flexible water connectors, also known as 'Easy Hookers' should be checked every 6 months to monitor for signs of fatigue (rust spots and oxidisation). The effort far outweighs the cost of any potential flood damage. You will most likely find these braided connections underneath your kitchen sink, bathroom vanities and laundry sink.
