How good does a new dozer look!?😍 We had the pleasure of preparing this brand new CAT D10 for transport, getting it ready for its long journey to Far North Queensland.
To meet transport requirements, this big girl had to be stripped down to make it as narrow, as low, and as light as possible. It will take multiple truck loads of components to get everything to site, where it will be reassembled and put straight to work.
It’s always great to be trusted with jobs like this, and we’re proud to play a part in getting this impressive machine where it needs to be.

Volvo L150H Wheel Loader with wheel hub mounting bolts broken on all four corners of the machine 😳 This issue could have gone very bad very quickly if it was left any longer with the possibility of the wheel and hub assembly coming away from the machine when operating.

All hubs removed, broken bolts extracted, brakes inspected and everything reassembled back to spec — all turned around quickly to keep the customer working with minimal downtime 💪

This is exactly why preventative maintenance matters 👌 Catching issues early saves major breakdowns, costly repairs and lost time on site.

Didn’t take long for the first one to be towed into the new workshop!

This loaded UD for a local transport company suffered an unfortunate transmission failure and needed a lift from to make it back to our workshop. Big thanks to the team for the assist 👌

We’re onto it and will have this one turned around and back on the road ASAP with minimal downtime.
