Here we have a Cat 793D fuel tank that was fully reconditioned at Premier Plant Repairs And Fabrication Tank was sandblasted ,NDT, pressure Tested. After inspection the rear wall of tank was removed witch gives us full access to all baffles inside the tank . Baffles are cracked tested and all cracks are repaired inside the tank. Tank is cleaned and Rear wall was reinstalled plug welded back to the internal baffles re-pressure tested and post NDT blast and paint in 2pac๐Ÿค›paint and for extra rust protection both exposed sides are fitted with polycarbon sheets to stop stone chips

This Komatsu 830-E chassis come in for a full rebuild to push the chassis life from 80,000 hours to 120,000 hours. The guys worked around the clock for four weeks and got an excellent job out the door very proud of this one
