Successful Project Completion 🎉

Trafflec is proud to have delivered key traffic infrastructure upgrades along Caboolture-Bribie Island Road.

Our works included:

✅Modifying the Old Toorbul Point Road intersection to accommodate a westbound light vehicle U-turn facility

✅Signalising the intersection of Volz Road and Browns Road, including a U-turn facility for eastbound vehicles

✅Installation of Rate 3 road lighting from Old Toorbul Point Road through to Volz Road to improve night-time safety

✅Collaborative delivery with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project ex*****on and minimal disruption to the community

📣 Trafflec is Hiring 📣

Attention Civil Leading Hands and Electricians.

With a number of projects across South East Queensland and a solid forward book, we have an opportunity for an experienced Civil Leading Hand and Electricians to join our team. Work local on the Sunshine Coast.

Civil Leading Hands

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small civil and electrical crew on site
- Coordinate daily tasks and allocate labour and plant
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and work instructions
- Liaise with supervisors, subcontractors, and traffic crews
- Maintain site records including pre starts, SWMS, and daily reports
- Promote a positive safety culture and high standard of workmanship

About You
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Civil Operator
- Strong background in civil construction, ideally including roads and services
- Previous leading hand experience in electrical pit and pipe installation is highly regarded.
- Ability to lead crews and communicate clearly on site
- Strong safety focus and understanding of WHS requirements
- Relevant tickets such as plant, roller, excavator, or skid steer highly regarded

Electricians

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of Traffic Signals
- Installation and Testing of Switchboards and Controllers
- Installation and Testing of smart roadside infrastructure
- Installation of Street Lights
- Read and interpret project specifications and standards
- Installing & Terminating Communications Cables including optic fibre

Essential Qualifications
- QLD Electrical Fitter Mechanic License
- High level knowledge of OH&S standards
- High level knowledge of AS3000
- Construction Industry induction (blue/white card)
- Open Drivers License

Trafflec is proud to support DV Safe Phone, a Queensland-based charity that collects, repurposes, and redistributes old mobile phones to victims of domestic violence, giving them a safe and reliable way to call for help when it’s needed most.

Our team recently donated several phones to this incredible initiative, helping ensure that more individuals in crisis have access to essential communication and emergency services.

Every phone makes a difference. 💜
If you have an unused mobile sitting in a drawer, you can help too. Simply:

2️⃣ Drop it off at a participating collection point.
