Our clients at Rankin Park needed extra space for their growing family so they extended out into their garage space.

By extending out into the garage space they were able to adopt an open plan living/dining area, fireplace, office, larger kitchen, carport and a beautiful outdoor space overlooking their yard. They also adjusted their laundry area to become a beautiful ensuite and laundry. Overall a great new layout and home for a lovely family.

Handover day to some excited clients. They were unfortunately caught up in the collapse of a large company which left them high and dry mid build. They engaged Jacwood Building to take over and complete their home. We navigated them through the insurance process and picked up where the previous builder left off, getting them in just in time for Christmas.

a smaller home that had an older double carport. We created an extension into the carport, new carport, and front deck, transforming the facade and interior.

We have a project in Gwandalan that is in desperate need of some cleaning up. We need 1 or 2 people for 1-2 days to clean the external site of our construction site. Tasks include removing debris - bricks, mortar, building waste, vegetation and general rubbish from the site and placing it all in skips bins that are on site. If anyone is interested or knows of anyone or company that does this type of work, please let me know.
