A day on site in the Pilbara.

Our team out supporting autonomous haulage operations, the kind of work that doesn’t happen from an office in Perth. It happens in 40-degree heat, on red dirt, alongside fleets that have to keep running no matter what.

This kind of feedback is what it’s all about.

Igor has been with MTGA since 2023, working in a long-term, site-based role supporting critical infrastructure across mining operations. Recently, site leadership passed on amazing feedback that we think deserves to be shared.
