Back at work tomorrow, broken elbow recovering well, need to have physio to regain full movement and get back to Tennis & golf. Missing my sport so much.

Experienced engineers like myself have a lot to offer to new graduates. Well it has happened, I sold the Company having started to advertise that it was for sale at age 67, I finally sold it at age 77 and I have gone from being unemployable to employed, all in the one day.

A brilliant young Communications (Electrical) Engineer by the name of Dale Stacey decided that his company www.satpty.com.au had a synergy with Civil & Structural and has acquired my company under the new name Civil Structural Engineering Design Services Pty Ltd or CSEDS, under a contract for me to work out to retirement in two (2) years being 17th August 2023.

In our first six months, I have managed to keep up the same pace as previous and we are still managing to gain new clients and enjoy similar turnovers. We are employing and mentoring young engineers, so not a lot has changed.

I unfortunately took a tumble and broke my elbow after crash tackling the roadway downhill from a steep driveway that got the better of me, whilst on a site inspection in Davidson last Monday so I'm recovering at home and have the time to visit facebook.
