Did you know the walls inside a food factory are just as important as the equipment?

Rooms inside food manufacturing facilities can become non-compliant quickly, even minor damage to wall surfaces can trigger a compliance issue.
Installing stainless steel wall sheeting is a cost-effective solution that gives an old room a clean, compliant finish, without the cost and disruption of a complete panel replacement.

This room is currently undergoing a full refurbishment, making it the perfect opportunity to bring the walls up to standard alongside the broader works.

The panels were laser cut to precise specifications in our own workshop, with corner flashings folded in-house, meaning every element was purpose-built for the space. The result is a clean, hygienic finish ready for a compliance testing.

When production stops, every minute counts.

For this recent project, our team completed a planned 12-hour shutdown, working efficiently to ensure the client could get back up and running on schedule.

With two crews of four working simultaneously, one team replaced bearings in the external augers using boom lifts, while the second team carried out maintenance throughout the processing facility.

Careful planning, clear communication and coordinated ex*****on meant the entire project was completed safely and within the shutdown window.
