This job was for a lovely older lady, she needed safer access to her cat pen and a pet door for them to exit the house into it.

The door jamb was machined out and constructed off site, solid exterior door panel was machined out for glass panel and pet door off site also. The window was removed and wall frame altered for the new door. Installation and lock up of the door unit was all in the same day for her security. Interior and exterior architraves fitted and painted. Flashing, filler foam and weather seals all fitted for weather proof and energy efficiency.

She was more than happy with the whole process and final product.

This jobs end result made the client extremely happy. The house he’d bought to retire in was in need of some tlc. The exterior cladding and windows were water damaged and rotted out. There wasn’t any gable boards or facia to flash too. The framing was all over the place and had zero insulation.

The boards and window removed, walls and roof straightened and framed out properly, new double glazed window unit and flashings installed, insulation and wall wrapped. New gable boards and weatherboards fitted. New gable flashing fitted. Awning fitted over window for extra weather protection.

Large deck was eaten out by termites. All the sub framing needed to be replaced and than new pine boards fitted.
