AFAC26 was a fantastic opportunity to step outside our own operational environment, connect with industry peers and gain new perspectives on how we can continue to strengthen emergency response capability, preparedness and resilience.

We were also proud to be involved in the Resources Rescue Theatre, which was a dedicated presentation space and discussion forum focused on the unique challenges facing emergency response professionals across mining, oil & gas and industrial environments.
The RRT provided an excellent opportunity to share knowledge, experiences and practical insights, while exploring how we can continue to build capability and strengthen emergency response across the resources sector.

A big thank you to the Emergency Management Community of Practice and Daniel Goss for organising the RRT, as well as to all the presenters, industry colleagues and everyone who joined us across the program. It was fantastic to see such a strong focus on learning, development and operational excellence.

🚨 VMRC 2027 — Save the NEW Date! 🚨

Due to scheduling requirements, the dates for the Victorian Mine Rescue Competition have changed.
The competition will now be held on 19–21 March 2027 in Ballarat.

We look forward to welcoming emergency response teams from across the industry to Ballarat for three days of challenging scenarios, teamwork, and showcasing the skills that keep our industry safe.
Stay tuned for more information in the coming months, and start preparing your team for what promises to be an outstanding competition.

We encourage everyone across the mining, emergency response and safety communities to share this update and help us build momentum towards what promises to be our biggest competition yet!

Our Air Trailer is racking up the kilometres as it continues to support emergency response teams across Australia. ⛑️
Last weekend it was on the ground at Pilbara X in Karratha and Kalgoorlie's GEM Mutual Aid event, providing reliable breathing air support for one of the country's premier emergency response exercises.
It's great to see our technology being trusted where performance matters most. As demand continues to grow, we're proud to remain at the forefront of breathing air innovation, delivering solutions that keep teams operational, prepared, and safe wherever they're deployed.
