Introducing IC02, the latest addition to the ACR Group family!
Initially acquired for a HP300 fixed plant cone installation project, this machine sparked innovative ideas among our team.
We decided to repurpose the bare chassis by installing a high-reduction ratio secondary impactor, fabricated here in Australia, and pairing it with the powerful 540HP Cat engine.
Our in-house experts got to work, replacing engine components, designing a custom deadbox and fabricating a wear package.
We also modified the chassis and installed the crusher.
A custom bearing support and shaft was made to aid the install of the huge 24K Transfluid coupling that’s mated to the Katsa box.
This project showcases our exceptional capabilities, solidifying our position as the ultimate one-stop crusher shop.
