Shellharbour City Council has just approved a groundbreaking 2-year pilot program allowing tiny homes and mobile dwellings to be used as rental accommodation without the usual development application.

This is a major step forward in tackling Australia’s housing crisis, and it perfectly aligns with what we’ve been doing for years at VanHomes.
