Day 2 at — we’re on.
Coffee in hand and the agenda is stacked this morning.
Kicking off with Speed Networking, then straight into:
• Lord Mayor’s Address
• A proper look at the Market Square Development
• ICN Major Projects Update (always good for what’s coming down the pipeline)
• And a Circular Economy panel on minimising waste and maximising value
After tea, it rolls into big-ticket updates like Mount Barker Hospital, MATES in Construction, plus major energy/minerals chat with the Siviour Graphite and Northern Battery projects.

Great to be in Adelaide today kicking off the SA Annual Major Projects Conference 2026.

Two big days ahead with industry leaders, project owners and delivery partners all in one room, talking through what’s coming down the line for South Australia’s major projects pipeline over the next few years.

Plenty of sharp insights already around infrastructure delivery, capability, collaboration and how industry is gearing up for the scale of work ahead — and just as valuable, some solid conversations outside the session rooms.

Looking forward to day two tomorrow and seeing how these discussions turn into real opportunities on the ground.
