Skilled Engineering / Manufacturing Trades Person.

Riverland Steel is a well-established small business which has been serving the Riverland community for the past 43 years. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to become part of our dynamic team.

About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will work collaboratively with experienced and skilled colleagues in a supportive environment. Your primary responsibilities will include light fabrication and welding. In addition, you will assist with general duties across the workshop and yard, support steel deliveries, and provide assistance to the sales office as required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally exhibit the following qualities:
• Fabrication and Welding skills.
• Possession of a forklift license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic computer literacy
• A strong willingness to learn and undertake on-the-job training
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when required.
• Commitment to adhering to stringent safety protocols and regulations to maintain a
safe work environment.
• Previous customer service experience (highly regarded).
