We are looking for an experienced Factory Hand/Panel Beater/Spray Painter to join our team on a casual or full-time basis.

Our company is located in Bibra Lake and we pride ourselves in producing exceptional custom services.

Skills that the successful applicant will need include:
- Experience with mechanical and electrical work.
- Experience with spray painting and panel beating.
- Experience with welding and trailer manufacturing.
- Capable of completing fit out jobs.
- Capable of working in fast-paced environments.
- Take pride in the work they complete and pay close attention to detail.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Ability to listen to customers wants and needs when custom jobs are being
completed.
- Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.

Customer wanted more shade so we added more shade. Waterproof navy blue canvas canopy. Also did a little interior work. Added cushions and a glove box.
This boat was porpoising really bad so we removed the motor fixed the problem with the pod, serviced the motor. Now everything perfect.
Happy customer.

TMP Marine repairs broken outboard motor skeg. Customer left his leg down when retrieving is boat at the boat ramp. A little mistake but a easy fix.
