Westhill is a small (37000 acres) cattle station located about 30km North-northeast of Blackall Queensland Australia. The property originally ran merino sheep (reaching numbers up to 10 000) with a few cattle. However due to wild dogs, drought and the price of wool dropping, (but mainly wild dogs) most properties in this district have had to turn to cattle, including us. The sort of work we do in

cludes: fencing, maintaining water systems (dams and bores), servicing vehicles, grader driving and other machinery, welding, cattle work (e.g. mustering, drafting, marking, branding, etc) and just general handy-man jobs.
