Civil Labourers – to start immediately on the Sunshine Coast and at our Yatala office.

Then this could be the perfect role for you…if you’ve got what it takes!
GateWest Energy is an Energex and Ergon accredited electrical contracting business, based on the Sunshine Coast and at Yatala. We’re energetic, hardworking, have strong team morale, and we’re full steam ahead with a whole range of exciting projects across:

• Electrical and NBN/Telstra infrastructure subdivision works
• Rate 2 and 3 street lighting
• Overhead and underground powerline construction
• High and low voltage cable installation, jointing and testing
• Civil trenching, pit and conduits installation

And we’re looking for the best civil trades assistant as the newest casual addition to our team (with the potential for a permanent position for the right applicant)!
Highly desirable:

• Demonstrated experience in civil works, conduit installation, concreting, trenching, hauling cables, standing streetlights or similar experience (Please outline on your resume)

Must haves:

• A manual driver’s licence
• A construction card (white/blue)
• A positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work both independently and in a team
