Big Bruce has found his forever home! 🐂

Formset is proud to have donated this epic bull statue to the North Queensland Elite Rodeo grounds, named in honor of our late founder Bruce Zander and with his new bronze paint job he’s got the same tough North Queensland spirit we love!

We went out to see the grounds today and the team has done an incredible job, it’s looking beautiful.

Rodeo kicks off this Friday and runs through Saturday ! So swing by and say g’day to Bruce while you’re there!!

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Founder, Bruce Henry Zander

Bruce passed away peacefully on the 10th of May 2026, leaving behind a legacy that stretches far beyond anything steel or concrete could hold.

In 1969, Bruce laid the foundations, not just of a company, but of a way of doing things, with integrity, hard work, and a commitment to quality that has guided Formset ever since. What began as one man's determination to build something lasting has grown into the business we are proud to carry forward today.

Bruce was more than our founder. He was a husband, a father, a grandfather, a businessman, and a proud North Queenslander who loved this community and contributed to it in countless ways throughout his life.

We are grateful beyond words for everything he built and everything he taught us. His spirit is woven into every project we take on.

Until we meet again Bruce. The foundations you set will carry us forward
