What a wonderful afternoon celebrating the inaugural 2026 HIA Hunter Building Women Awards.

While Rachel didn’t take home the award on the day, being named a finalist in the Business Mentor/Leader category was a wonderful recognition of the experience, leadership and care she brings to Candor every day.

It was so special to be surrounded by so many incredible women from across our industry, celebrating their achievements, leadership and contribution to building a stronger future for construction.
