THE ROLE
Over the past 15 years, Eastern Solar Repairs, Cleaning & Maintenance has been one of Melbourne's leading local businesses delivering premium service across the eastern & south eastern suburbs.
Together, we provide 360 degree service to our clients that includes both solar installations, as well as maintenance, cleaning & repairs. Typically we do 1 installation per week with the remainder days set aside for service and maintenance.

IS THIS YOU?
We are now seeking a new A-Grade to join our solar maintenance and installation team. The successful candidate is required full-time (preferred), with the ability to work overtime if needed.
You will have a strong work ethic, take pride in your work and have ability to work autonomously. You will be willing to take direction, work well within a small team and be a leader onsite.
Duties will include
Installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, and related electrical components
Conduct system testing and commissioning of new installations
General maintenance of solar systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate documentation of installation, maintenance, and repair activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all work activities
Provide excellent customer service and liaison with clients on progress updates, maintenance, and repair services
Ordering of materials & stock
Collection and transportation of materials from warehouse in Silvan to site
Ability to lead, direct and delegate tasks to an Apprentice

Position Requirements:
Local to our office in Silvan (preferred)
Licence and reliable transport (manual licence preferred)
Current white card
Current working at heights (preferred but not essential)
Experience in solar preferred but not essential
