Well, the new Melbourne Wholesale Fruit And Veg Market in Epping is due to open tomorrow, Monday the 31st of August, and after 5 months of continual travel, long hours and late nights. Many sets of plans and permits submitted and a couple of stages of construction, I am happy to say, we have met our goal and achieved occupancy for each and every tenant in time to set up and get use to their new stall, ready for trade. Extremely proud of our C&G team and associated trades we used during the project. NKS refrigeration, PLC electricians, I Do Group and Sheren electrics, Stanley welding, Remax doors and One Stop Shelving also. A special mention to Think Commercial Projects for the office fit outs. Looking forward to completing the warehousing and any ongoing and new projects on the horizon. Well done and thank you!
