Today Tony V finished up after 38 years with HydroChem. Tony has been our Swiss army knife, covering lab, manufacturing, facilities, after hours emergencies and even servicing Nestle back in the day.

May your golf balls fly true!

PS. Tony assures us he will be repappearing in future HydroChem episodes - parties, send-offs etc.

NSW Health advised yesterday of a Legionnaires’ disease outbreak; with 5 confirmed cases associated with the Sydney CBD. This advice is not specific to any site or cooling tower system.

With the advice issued yesterday, HydroChem conducted disinfections for systems with remote communication capabilities located in the Sydney CBD.

Remote Comms Capability: This situation is a reminder, for those responsible for cooling water systems that do not have remote communications capability, to upgrade your systems so that our response can be initiated without a visit to site.
