Following a successful period as Chief Executive Officer, Derek Berg has transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman. In this position, Derek will continue to provide strategic leadership, working closely with the Board and executive team to support the company's long-term direction and growth.

As part of this transition, Patrick Fordyce has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, following his leadership as Chief Operating Officer. Having played a key role in the company's operations and growth, Patrick brings extensive industry experience, deep knowledge of the business, and a strong commitment to delivering value for our customers, developing our people, and driving sustainable growth.

Restoring Critical Process Equipment Through Precision Refurbishment

We recently completed project for refurbishment works on Channel Heads for a major operation within the alumina processing industry, supporting the ongoing reliability and performance of critical plant equipment.

The project began with a comprehensive strip and assessment process, including blasting, inspection, and non-destructive testing (NDT) to evaluate component condition and determine the required repair scope.

Repair activities included fl**ge face machining, crack repairs, build-up welding, and component restoration, with repair strategies tailored to the condition of each asset.

Precision machining of larger fl**ges was completed on our Titan machine, while specialised fl**ge-facing equipment was used to restore smaller sealing surfaces to specification.

By combining engineering expertise, repair capability, and advanced machining capacity, we continues to help industrial operators extend asset life, improve reliability, and support ongoing plant performance.
