AAM Business Analyst Harriet Taylor and StockLive's Hugh Gordon were on hand to share their experiences, answer questions and provide insights into careers across AAM.

Last week was an important milestone for AAM, with the launch of Indonesia Livestock Operations branded boxed beef product, Anugerah Agri Makmur.

This initiative reflects our continued investment in building an integrated supply chain between Australia and Indonesia. Breeding and growing cattle in Australia feeding and processing in Indonesia to Australian equivalent standards, and supplying a trusted product into the Indonesian market.

AAM is focused on delivering long-term value through protein production and supply chain integration. Our growing presence in Indonesia highlights the opportunity to partner across regions to meet rising demand for high-quality protein. This was a strong step forward in strengthening relationships, supporting food security, and investing in the future prosperity of the region.

Great to see our team on the ground at the Australian ICMJ Northern Conference this year, with representation from Brisbane, Longreach, Blackall, Tamworth and Indonesia.

An outstanding opportunity to engage with emerging talent and industry leaders across the red meat supply chain, building connections, sharing knowledge, and supporting the next generation of the industry. The conference continues to play a key role in developing skills, networks, and career pathways for students and young professionals alike. A highlight was connecting with students at the careers expo, having meaningful conversations about AAM and the opportunities available across our business.

We were pleased to visit NAB today to talk about Ridewest, sharing more about the cause behind the event and reflecting on experiences from previous rides.

AAM’s Ben Matigian and Alan Parnham and the RideWest crew, will depart Brisbane on 24 April, heading for Longreach. This made it a great opportunity to help spread the message about the RFDS and their Wellbeing Out West Program, supporting regional communities where it matters most.
