New space, fresh energy. Welcome to Egis, Maroochydore. 🌿

Project Showcase: Egis | Maroochydore C*D

From co-working to a place of their own, we helped Egis create a workplace that reflects their brand and brings the team together.

Set within Maroochydore’s leafy C*D, this light-filled office pairs coastal calm with plenty of personality:

- An inviting welcome space that sets the tone

- Open-plan working with a mix of meeting spaces

- A kitchen and breakout hub for team catch-ups, great views and a little friendly competition around the pool table

- Soft sage hues, splashback tiles and blonde timber finishes

- Curved walls and warm timber-look flooring to bring it all together

Fresh, welcoming and ready for the team’s next chapter.

Project Showcase: 46 Charlotte Street, Brisbane City

The final two of four new spec suites, ranging from 60sqm to 100sqm.

Open-plan workspaces, private meeting rooms, and each with its own kitchenette and breakout space, move-in ready for the next tenants.

One suite works a soft sage green through the joinery, tiling and feature walls, paired with a timber batten screen.

The other sits in warm neutrals, calm and light-filled, with curved walls easing the transitions between zones.

Project Showcase: 46 Charlotte Street, Brisbane City

The first two of four new spec suites, ranging from 60sqm to 100sqm.

Open-plan workspaces, private meeting rooms, and each with its own kitchenette and breakout space, move-in ready for the next tenants.

One suite leans into warm terracotta, carried through kitchen tiling, feature walls and soft seating.

The other sits in soft greys, calm and light-filled, with curved walls easing the transitions between zones.

A building you’ve likely walked past on the way to dinner. Now there’s a reason to step inside.

Four tenancies. One blank canvas. Approximately 337sqm rebuilt from the ground up into a complete family practice, arrival and waiting, GP consulting rooms, treatment and skin clinics, in-house pathology, offices, and a staff kitchen opening onto a patio.

Project Showcase: Taishin International Bank | One One One Eagle Street, Brisbane

A 550sqm workplace for Taishin International Bank in one of Brisbane’s premium commercial towers. Timber, stone and the bank’s signature red run throughout, with open-plan workspaces and a breakout area facing the Brisbane River and Story Bridge.

A ‘sense of adventure’ brought to life through coastal, bush and hinterland palettes, drawn from the outdoor sites behind the brand portfolio.
