We have just finished this Type B configuration in Bridgeman Downs.
Installation of a steel beam to support the roof and rendered brick loads.
Door Profile is Tuscan, Door Colour is Dune.
This door also comes with a MYQ Bundle, so you can operate it with your mobile phone and it has jamb seals to stop leaves blowing in.

Completely remove brick gable and arches, replace with James Hardie Axon boards.
Our great mates at Best Doors installed a Gliderol sectional door.

This is our fourth garage door renovation in this particular street in Thornlands Brisbane.
Column removal, beam installation and the new sectional garage door is from BnD.
The profile is Nullarbor, colour is Southerly.
Western facing door gets that hot sun.
So the door has insulated panels fitted in the back of the door, very neat.

This house in Westlake needed two structural beams, one for the lower roof and one to support the first floor.

The owners also added some extra features.
- a MYQ Gateway which enables you to operate the door using your mobile phone and;
- a back up battery pack in case you loose power the door is still able to operate.
