Every builder I talk to wants to quote faster.

Just a few of them wants to quote accurately.

It's not that they don't care about accuracy. It's that they've been trained to think it's a trade-off.

Fast = rough.
Accurate = slow.

Pick one.

But that trade-off only exists when your estimating system is manual. When every quote starts from scratch. When your prices live in a folder somewhere, last updated six months ago.
