CAT D8T Dozer - Track refitment & torque master link assembly to OEM spec. ✅
Rotating rock grab - Hydraulic motor snapped drive gear assembly. ✅
JCB JZ140 - 1000hr Service & inspection. ✅
Thwaites Dumper - Service & inspection. ✅
KOBELCO SK235 - Centre joint; removed for machining, resealed & refitted. ✅
13T Auger - Strip down, clean & find the cause of the leak. R&R Hydraulic motor, reassemble unit with new o-rings & seals. ✅
HERCULES H850 - Come in to inspect park & service brake issues. R&R 2x leaking callipers with new brake pads. R&R park brake pads & cable. Bleed system with new brake fluid. ✅
HITACHI ZX65USB-5A - 500hr service & inspection. ✅
BOBCAT T590 - Machine stopped running. Found fuel pick up tube assembly broken off on the inside of the tank. R&R fuel pick up tube & bleed system. ✅

-PC35 Suction control relief valve failed causing the hydraulic grab to drift open.
-PC225 quick hitch bypass issues.
