The Prattern Project was a monumental undertaking for our small yet capable crew. We couldn't have delivered this project without the support of our trusted contractors, and we're grateful for the role they played in bringing it to life.

This project had it all—complex logistics, heavy lifts, and plenty of long days to get it across the line. Most importantly, the finished product is something we're incredibly proud of and reflects the hard work, dedication, and teamwork of everyone involved.

We are looking forward to taking on more projects right across Queensland, each project is an opportunity to prove our capabilities, learn and grow as a team. We are focused on growing stronger with every project we deliver at Catalyst.

The stars had aligned at catalyst this week, with the crew all together in Brisbane over a couple of days. What a way to kick off the pushforbetter challenge.

We are pushing through some tough reps to raise awareness, get people talking and make difference. Whether it be at home or at work we take mental health very seriously at Catalyst.

This one's very personal for me having lost my old man to Su***de. Mental health and su***de prevention is something very close to my heart, and I don't mind admitting that.

This June, myself and the Catalyst team are taking on the Push-Up Challenge - 3,307 push-ups in 24 days. One for every Australian we lost to su***de last year.

We work in an industry where we just show up, get on with the job and get it done. At times it doesn’t leave much space for putting your hand up if your doing it tough. That needs to change.

So we're doing our bit - pushing through something uncomfortable, raising money, and hopefully starting a few conversations that wouldn't have happened otherwise.

If you can donate, we'd love your support. If you know someone doing it tough right now - check in on them. That matters more than any push-up.
