Send them our way. I'm looking for a new trainee to impart all my wisdom on. A great entry to the construction industry where they can learn an in demand skill that will never be outsourced to AI or be replaced by a machine. With a positive attitude they could have a long career.
Starting off as casual the right candidate can progress through to a permanent position running their own jobs. Great rates of pay even when training.
